Concept design for national announcement of the Innovation Institute at Henry Ford to be placed in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. To capture the attention of potential employees—professionals, 30–50 years old—in multiple disciplines (engineers, scientists, designers, technologists and inventors), we decided to utilize the crossword puzzles they love so much. This introduced them to the challenge of joining our multi-disciplinary innovation team in Detroit.
